|
|
So...My 71 needs some music in the bus. I prefer something that can handle an iPod mostly. I have combed the Samba and other sites for ideas but I would like to know what my local friends think.
Granted there are those who think the dead Sapphire XV should not be touched. For the purists out among us I know the Bus provides its own sound/s.
Please, let's see what you VW experts think. Advice? Preferences?
I also lack the tech know how to do such a project but may tackle it. Wiring is not my strong suit. So if you know anyone that is skilled and such installation and avoid cutting up my Bus, then I am all ears.
As always thank you in advance for any feedback. |

Though I have not tried it, I know that you can set up a system that will play your Ipod without running through a standard head unit/in-dash stereo system. That way you could still have the stock look to your dash, but listen to your tunes while cruising the bus. |

All great ideas friends. Thank you.
I have never seen the suitcase stereo...James Bondesqe.
I am glad I posted and welcome more ideas. I know it is a personal choice/idea but to gather as much as I can first is beneficial. |
