Are you still doing shop night tonight? I had a busy week and couldn't make it to the meeting. |

Well, Troy and I are probably going to switch the Chumpcar from a "Bugspray" to dual Kadrons. You (and everybody) are welcome, but I don't think enough people are coming to do the Herbie thing. |

Bringing this topic back from the dead. I finally have my shop back to where I can do shop nights again. Who has something they need help with?
Or should we just drink beer? The assassination of Herbie is not on the table cause of the snow. |

I am in desperate need of help. I have 2 issues same car. Here goes,
1967 VW Fasty. It was at a few of your cruises. First, the hood flew up due to not being latched. Need help adjusting. Second and more complex issues. He was driving home from school and it died. The engine has about 3000 miles on it. Dual carb and nice and clean. It gets some sparks but runs real rough. Will not rev up and dies. I have done a valve adjust, re gapped plugs and points, replaced coil, regulator and even generator. Still no go. Checked fuel and is half full and pump is working good. Carbs have fuel in them as well. Would love to know more about your shop nights and how my son and I can get involved. I live just near Hauser Lake and have a nice size shop if you want to have a shop night here and I will buy pizza and beer. It is lowered soi can't tow it to Spokane cuz the tow bar won't fit under it.
Thanks for reading my ramble. Would love to hear anyones thoughts. Think it would be fun to get to know some of you guys. _________________ Jonesy |

Anybody up for a shop night? My wife's 70 Squareback is still having clutch issues. I do have a tow bar and can tow this one. I'd love to get it back on the road before I have to leave town the 27th for a month.
Let me know if anybody has any time or interest. Thanks. _________________ Jonesy |

Sorry about the late notice but the part didn't get to Lighthouse until last night. Steve is having a workshop tonight at 6pm to help me change my speedometer cable and fuel line the front of the car. If anyone is interested please attend the workshop. |
