Bugs Needed Wishing Star

So a couple years ago Steve and I helped The Wishing Star foundation out with a request. They had a sick young boy (Conner) who loved Herbie (he called all bugs Herbie), and for his request wanted to get a ride in Herbie. So we took our Herbie parade car (beat up end of movie Herbie, for those who have never seen the car) and drove Conner all around State Line Speedway for an hour or so. He and his family had a blast! Unfortunately Thursday I got an email from Sarah at Wishing Star that Conner had passed away. Sarah told me that the family would like to have Herbie follow the hearse after the funeral to the cemetery. Unfortunately Steve and I had prior obligations and cannot be there. But if anyone with a Beetle (he called all bugs Herbie) could spare some time to fill the families wish, Please call Sarah at Wishing Star and let her know you can be there. The funeral is this Saturday in Post Falls, you would need to be there by 11/11:30. Sarah's number is (509) 389-1585, she has the church name and address info and will hold parking for you.
