The latest addition to the car: it's a 6-inch wider BJ beam I've been building over the last couple months. It has dual adjusters on each tube, hook stops to limit compression, and I'll be adding straps to limit droop (as soon as they arrive). I also added braces to the body and bulkhead, though I still hafta extend my cage to the upper braces. The front track now matches the rear, which is nearly 6 ft. Yeah, that old lady would never recognize her old bug.... [
