I would love to come and pitch in for some of that pizza! Please let me get my hands a little dirty. I just love the smell of baked on engine oil. _________________ 69' Beetle CA Look 1500SP

So how did it end up yesterday? I know when Leo and I left there was no way you guys were gonna get everything back in, unless you worked all night into Saturday. |

Got it all worked out then I take it? Wish I could have come back and not gone to work. Is there anything on the agenda for the future? |

Anyone interested in raising/lowering the rear of a car? Any other ideas? |

It's not bad, if you make the tool. |

I watched a video on youtube, it didn't look too bad. I am just throwing ideas out there. |

I'll be in Wenatchee on business all weekend.
That will mean 2 in a row I miss.
Maybe the week after I can drag a dead 1600 engine in for post-mortem/
feasability of rebuild, as my son-in-law got a pair of high-rise jack stands to
allow clearance enough to drop the engine on my `71 Super.
I priced turn-key rebuilds, and they are up there, so if a rebuild is possible,
it would be a wunnerful thing! _________________
