Dune Buggy stuff

A friend of mine has a pile of parts laying around his shop for a Dune Buggy he never built. I told him about my Bug and he handed me a box and told me to come back when the snow's gone and pick up the rest of the "crap".

I was really hoping there would be something in the box I could use.

There isn't. All that was in it was a brand new Dune Buggy wiring harness from JC Whitney and an EMPI throttle cable.

Anybody wanna trade the harness for a functional turn signal switch for a '69 Bug? If not trade, I'll sell it.

I have no idea what else is in his shop, but I saw at least two milk crates full of parts. So, I'm sure there will be plenty more Buggy stuff to come.

I'm not interested in unloading the cable just yet. I want to be sure I don't need it.

All of the proceeds from selling this stuff will be going toward my project, so if you anything to trade, I'm more than happy to do that.

I would be interested in any buggy stuff......I can do some trading but most all my stuff is new or NOS.....I might have a German NOS signal switch for your car... PM me if interested

I know I have some early NOS switch's just not sure if I have that one or not.

How much for the buggy harness outright, I think new they are around 50.00.

I found them on JC Whitney for $53.

I think the harness may be spoken for, though.

I'll update the post as I get more stuff.
