Finally located my camera... here is some snaps of the new toy - '57 oval on a '70 IRS pan.
it certainly needs work, and lots of it...

The wife gets to make the call on the wheels (and the color/interior)... all part of the deal we made so I can have the new toy  . So I'm not sure if I'm going back to wide-5 or staying with 4, but pretty sure it will be different rims. I do have a spare as well, but it seems to have the middle part painted black (poorly), while the 4 on the car are all silver.

Looks like a keeper to me. There are a lot of used and new parts out there. Both locally and around the region. I hope to see your progress post on this forum, samba, shoptalk or ???? Let us all know!
