You need to determine if it's 6 or 12 volt, it's most likely that the transmission was ground out to accept the 12v flwheel and starter. The bushing in the transmission is probably a special adapter bushing also. If you get a bus automatic trans starter, it doesn't require a bushing, it's like a normal car. It will say on the starter, but I don't know if you can see that in the car. |

I will be under it later and double check, but it's a '71 pan, motor and tranny with '64 body on it so it should all be a 12volt. |
