Hello!
I am a 1972 VW SuperBeetle Owner, living in Leavenworth, WA. I'd like to invite your club to join me at the "It's Spring and the Bugs are Out!" informal VW Beetle Rally here in Leavenworth, WA. This is a chance to shine up your classic (pre-1998) VW Beetle, get out in the sunshine & enjoy talking with other VW enthsiasts.
When: Saturday, May 9th, 2009
Where: Meet at 10:00am at Leavenworth's Cascade High School parking lot(10190 Chumstick Road). From Hwy 2, turn north up the Chumstick Hwy. Cascade HS is on the left. The VW Rally will leave the High School and drive a 25-mile loop to Plain, then back to downtown Leavenworth to park in the DOT lot at the west end of town, along Hwy 2. After this point, everyone is welcome to visit Leavenworth and join in the Maifest celebrations (see attached link). http://www.icicleinn.com/festivals/maifest.htm
