hey i just bought a 1963 bug and its in rough shape but im a body man so good deal and gonna paint it all up and i wanted to do some big chrome wheels and air bags but i have no clue what size i can do and still have it low as hell well thanks for you help big marc |

the guys at www.airkewld.com have air ride kits ,but if you the bags and pumps it looks like it would'nt be to hard to fab the mounts .it seems like you can put as big of tires as you want if you are wiling to cut up the body and pan. |

It's really "how big do you want to go" on tims and tires. I"ve seen 18's on a bug. They cleared w/o too much prob. I think they were 40 series tires. |
