I wrote to ask for details, here is what I got:

No pre-registration this year. If you arrive at that location (Howard & Spokane Falls) between 8am-10am, you won't have a problem getting placed. Please don't arrive before 8 am as the streets are not closed yet and we won't be able to place you. Entry fee is $10.


We plan on going. Hopefully you can join us!
