Recently bought a 74 Beetle in decent shape. Would like to rebuild the engine, amongst other things, but don't have the knowledge. Is there someone out there who'd be interested in doing this work and letting my son and I help to work off some of price? We'd like someone with expertise but would be fun to learn and have the time together.

Let me know if this is even an option. If not an option, any recommendations for good reputable work?
