Hello!
I am looking for some advice and recommendations. I have a 72 standard bug with an aftermarket ragtop.
The time has come for me to get my bug painted. Not sure what to expect as far as price and time.
The stitching on the ragtop has rotted out. I need to get it repaired or replace the whole unit. I am hoping that I can get just the top restitched, as the rest of it works great.

Its summer time, ride full open!
Once the weather shifts you maybe able to find someone to stitch it, aftermarket ones are pretty decently priced $100/$150. |

Yes! Wide open is best!
I will look into replacing/repairing it in the fall, and (hopefully) get it painted.
