I'm looking for a good straight hood for my '66 bug. The one I have has waves and ripples and would be a ton of work to restore. Not sure exactly what years will fit but someone told me a 64-66 hood will. PM me with what you have, thanks!

I thought you had a useable trunk lid??

I think the trunk lid on the car would be fine. The hood is a different story
