Just wanted to say hi to the group. Hi! I'm Connie.
We are getting close to starting the rebuilding of the engine in the '64 Turkis bus. We're just waiting for a couple of more parts. We'll probably get started this weekend.  I'm really excited! Then we'll do the brakes and electrical. Woohoo! Hopefully I'll be driving it around town soon(ish)!
We have gotten some work done on the Westy. Refurbished the interior, new windshield and will get that paint off. Since this picture was taken I have stripped the passenger door. Some of the paint came off sort of easy. It's a combo of water based pant and spray paint. Ugh! The weather is getting good now for some time outside (ventilation!) to remove the rest. Then we'll move on to the mechanicals. Fun stuff! Cheers!
