Having alittle issue with The 11mm bolts that hold the intake down on a sp intake manif. Jus the bolts to the rear of the car, under the bend, special tool needed?

Well, they are a 10mm wrench size, a 1/4 drive wobbly works well.
Unless you mean the heat riser bolts, they are usually a 1/4 inch through bolt when it's a header. 10mm blind when it's a stock muffler.

weird. The bolts on the one I am taking off are 11...whatevs:) not taking about the heat risers, so thanks. Will try a swivel.
