I called Avery's Air-Cooled Auto Parts over in Woodland, WA. I feel so lucky that they had the parts. I told them I would throw in a plug for them for their great service and price. $60 for the set of front spindles. Very good quality.
I had called Top Line last week to find out how to get my old spindle off the struts due to a very large amount of rust. The owner told me how they do it. I tried it and it was a no go. He said it happens to around 20% of them. He also told me NO ONE makes spindles for 71-73 SB! Keep that in mind. I will still try to get the ones I have out. We will see.
Thanks for reading! _________________ 69' Beetle CA Look 1500SP
