I had a shifting issue, but Eric came to my rescue. And I couldn't believe that the DJ got it right, but our favorite song was playing when Kaleb and I walked into the Holiday station Saturday morning. It warmed my heart to see a smile on his face.
After all the gas money was spent, and the beer funds were distributed, and the tacos were paid for and masticated, and the swap parts were bought and sold, I came out of the weekend with about fifty bucks more than what I started with. I like it when things work out that way. And I didn't have a brutal hangover this year. YEAH!
Special thanks to Jeff and Troy for providing me with comfortable sleeping quarters. I awoke refreshed, if not slightly damp. |

Now I feel like I was there...very well articulated as normal Cory! Thanks! I could of done without the "damp" part though.... Your duct tape windshield seals made it alright?

Nice Corey! I remember telling Adam the meaning of Jeep, he remembered as I tested him a couple times, the things we do with no stereos. |

Here's a pop quiz..What does BRAT mean? Come on Eric, you can do it!
Good times, good times....
Scott, the Gorilla taped windshields worked quite well. They also give the bus a sort of Sherman tank look. They were never really tested, though. I only drove in rain for 20-30 miles on the way to Spokangeles on Saturday morning. I did notice a peculiarly dry floor on Sunday morning though. I guess they are fine when sitting still and the only hydraulic pressure is gravity. |
