Well, I made it home in time to watch my hockey game. It's on right now in the background. Good times were had by all. The Spastic Children's Foundation bus had some "trouble". I will let Eric tell the story. I'll post a pic in awhile, after my game is over. There are others with some good pics, and it was good to finally meet some of the Boise crew in person. |

I look forward to seeing pics and hearing stories, I was very bummed to miss this show. Was it pretty big? |

Was a very good show. Location was great, lots of room (could use some more Porta Johns). Good car show turnout (both air and water), didn't hear an official count, but at least 75 cars. The swap meet left a little (big little) to be desired, less than 10 vendors. Weather held out,not real warm and a bit windy, but sunny and no rain! _________________ TROY

I guess I couldn't see that smoke machine in there through all the smoke. |

My poor bus struggled pretty hard to get back home, That was a hell of a headwind the whole way. I was pullin 3rd gear doing 45 mph up some of the bigger hills. we stopped in Ritzville for gas and found oil all over the back of the bus. appears to be just a valve cover gasket. havent fully investigated yet. but other than that we had a great time. Thanks again for letting us roll with you guys. |

How many cars do you think were there to view the show? |

Came home today from the show and the wind was howling! Made for a lone trip home. The rain held until the last prize was given and it started heavy drizzle for two hours. Show was good, more Type 3s in one place than I have seen. They had some pinstripers there and got my tool box done up. Looks nice. Over all had a great time, will go back next year. |

If you mean in the parking lot, I would guess that throughout the course of day there were a couple of hundred. |

It was a good time, here's my run down.
Great sunny drive on the way down,
Met up with Wheezy at a reststop,
Drove into the burger meet,
Had to hide da beers from the cop-ers,
Squatted instead of paying shiat!,
Inspected some dirt,
Took a nap,
Woke up..... Coffee,
Sold some crap, then bought some crap,
Made no money,
Got the caravan lost in a F****** parking lot with no gas station,
Split up the caravan cause I was trying to hook up a bike deal before leaving town,
Head winds on the way home, 45mph
Rain, no wipers
Quick break in Ritzville,
Drove to Medical Lake and got 15' of stove pipe, put it on top of the bus while it was windy,
Made it home with it on top of the bus somehow,
And took a nap that I never wanted to end....
Great show, going again next year, and if you come to, you might just be able to hear my "REBEL YELL"!!!! |
