I scored a cool trophy! Forgot to get extra cash(on purpose) but I saw some great deals. I still need the outer headlight trims for my front end. _________________ If it can't be done, I can prove them wrong! |

I got a '64-'65 Type 3 nose trim, Westy subhatch for pre '65 Westy, NOS Bus tailpipe, 4-5 adapters, and curtains for my Bus from a very nice Fastback Gal. |

I got not one but two of the split washer/hat things that hold the accelerator cable in place with the spring assembly, a couple of old yellowed dirty assist straps that I cleaned up to look old and yellowed to match my car's OG interior, an OG dipstick and for some reason a trophy for stock air cooled. The biggest thing I got was an appreciation for the event and a desire to help out with planning a new but similar event for next year. _________________ 1964 VW Beetle Hard Top Sunroof |

I got a sun burn, a few bus parts, a pocket of cash for the stuff I sold (gave away a few things, too) and a slight hangover. Good times. |

I picked up a speedometer, shirt, jacket, lug nut / stud setup. Oh and a kick n go scooter. We used to have one growing up
so I couldn't pass it up for $20. If the nieces n nephews have half as much fun as we did then it's a steal. |

We rode the heck out of ours and it held up pretty well. Think the plastic part of the wheels finally gave out. Didn't think i'd see one again esp in such good shape.
I'd be kicking myself if I'd passed it up. |

I didn't see it this year, but I passed it up last yer (I think) and I have been kicking myself for that. Glad to see it go to appreciative hands.
Growing up in MN, my buddy's family owned a Honda motorcycle dealership. We rode the crap out of three wheelers and Z50's at the shop, and rode the kick-n-go's at the house. Good times. |
