Well the time has come to move out of dog town and I wanted to throw this up here in case any of you have seen a sweet arse place around town while out vw hunting.

Looking for either a house on a large lot (to build a shop)
Or a house with a big shop for sale.

Ive already been approved for 150k, so try not to make me cry by finding a 2.3 million dollar house with a big shop.

Many thanks for any help, and as sure as eggs is eggs there will be some vw inspired shin-diggies where ever it is, you know, to let the neighbors know who's in the hood Cool .

Man, $150k sure seems like an azz load of cash, that is, until you start house shopping!! How far do you want to commute? I have seen some places with shops and a little property in the Deer Park area for a reasonable price. We used to hit Realtor.com all the time looking for property/house/shop....but got really depressed after seeing how much they were asking. We'll keep an eye out for you! Jessica knows a realtor that she used to work for. She's gonna get the number for ya!

My Mo-in-law is a long time realtor in Spokane. I will see her tomorrow. I'll ask her about any places that might fill the bill for you.

I spoke with her yesterday, but the visit was brief so I did not get the chance to ask her about this. I can call her tomorrow. Any particular areas you are more interested in? Size requirements, or any thing else pertinent?

Just a nice little place hopefully with a little chunk of land (1 acre, .5 acre), and if it already has a shop thats cool, or at least room to build one.

Sweet! Congrats! Is it that place you were talking about behind Eric's? Time never moves as slow as when you're waiting on Escrow!!!

Well I figured either keep paying for someone elses noose, or my own?

It "closes" friday, not sure on thier lingo, but I think I will be drinking beers by next weekend, and have a house party in the following weekends, let the neighbors know I hang with a bunch of people with broken down junky old cars... Cool

Don't mind the noose, it only chafes if you pull on it.

So, does this mean you won't be in Seattle on Saturday for the Vintage Meet?
